Ken-Jah Bosley was named the 21st KPA MVP. Bosley played division 2 basketball at Kentucky Wesleyan College. He was a standout at KWC and had a great KPA playing with the overall champion the Free Agency Celtics. Bosley signed in Palestine after the KPA. Bosley followed D'Angelo Russell of the Brooklyn Nets who was the 2016 KPA MVP.

2017 21st Annual Kentuckiana Pro Am All League Team (The event was held in Las Vegas July 9-13)

Most Valuable Player – Combo Guard Ken-Jah Bosley 6-1 Combo Kentucky Wesleyan College 17 – Bosley put on a show during the week. He can shoot the ball with range, and break down defenses with penetration. He also showed the ability to run the point guard position very well. Bosley is the 3rd all time leading scorer at perennial D2 power Kentucky Wesleyan College.

F Jordan Jacks 6-5 ¾ (Signed in Finland for 2017-18 Season) – Jacks was excellent all week. He is a slasher at the 3 / 4 spot. He can guard basically all positions and rebound both ends. He can also handle the ball very well to relieve pressure at times. Any team wanting an all around player Jordan Jacks is the guy. He can guard any position and is a great on the ball defender.

G Evan Roquemore 6-3 Norway last season/College D1 Santa Clara – Evan is an excellent PG who can score the ball. He was the leading scorer in Norway last season, and is the all time assist leader at D1 Santa Clara. He can play at high level and is better with high level players on the floor with him.

G Angelo Warner 6-2 Combo Cyprus last season/College D1 Morehead State – Warner played well all 4 nights at the event. He is an explosive guard who can get to the rim as well as shoot the 3. He also is a very good rebounder and defender. He can play at a high level.

G Caleb Oetjen 6-0 Bethel University (Go Empire Group) – Oetjen is an excellent PG who has a great feel for the game. He can run a team very well and can score the ball if needed. He played well expecially the last 2 days in the event. Agent: Go Empire Group

F Faith Pope 6-8 UT Arlington (17) – Pope has a great motor! He is an excellent defender and rebounder. He can defend several positions and does a great job defending the pick n roll. He is very versatile on offense. He can play the 3 or 4. He has a back to the basket game and a nice 3pt. shot.

G Ramez Michail  6-4 Combo Life Pacific University (17) – Played with Venice Beach Stars and played great. He is a combo who is jet quick and can get to the rim at will. He also can shoot with range. He is a lock down defender, who gives 100 percent at all times. I highly recommend this player to a team need an athletic skilled guard to do a lot of things.

F Colton Lewis 4 man Penn State Wilkes-Barre (17) – Lewis is a versatile 4 man, who can step out and make shots. He runs the floor very well and is really skilled. He also guards ball screens well and can block shots. He is a versatile 4 who could play the 3 and can defend several positions.

G Nate Frye 6-1 Combo  New Orleans – Frye put on a show one night in the event! He can score in various ways and is very strong with a pro body. He is a solid combo who helped lead New Orleans to the NCAA Div 1 National Tournament. He is an excellent pick up for a team needing a versatile combo who can do it all and defend high level players. F Faronte Drakeford 6-7 4/3  Spain 2015-16  NCAA Div. 1 Central Connecticut State – Faronte Drakeford is an excellent player! He has great size and is versatile. He can score on block and out on floor. He had great stats in Spain EBA in 15-16 and I see why. I highly recommend him to team wanting a 4/3 player who is very skilled and athletic.

G Jeremiah Davis 6-3 2/3/1 Florida Southern (17) – Davis is a versatile all around guard with a pro body. He can play both wing spots as well as the point. He also can post up well for a guard and has a good feel of the game. He can also defend several positions.

*Davis Signed in Spain

G Julian Caldwell 6-4 PG/Combo Mexico/Colorado State Pueblo (15) – Caldwell played with the VBL All Stars in the event and put on a show. He can play the point or a wing, and can flat score the ball in a variety of ways. He also finishes well at the rim with his athleticism. He can defend a lot of positions as well, and is an excellent defender. He played in Mexico in 2015-16 and averaged big numbers and is looking to go back and play.

F Paul Stone 6-6 3/4 Union College (17) MVP of the NAIA 2 National Tournament – Stone is a versatile wing who can score inside and out. He also handles very well for his size. He is a versatile player who can defend multiple positions. Excellent for team needing all around import.
